Universal Hovercraft accepts orders by phone, mail, fax, and online via our secure shopping cart.
All orders are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
If you have any questions, or need help ordering, then please feel free to contact us.
Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, CST. We are closed weekends and holidays.
Phone You may order by phone by calling +1-(815)-963-1200. Mail or Fax If you prefer, you may fax your order to +1-(815)-963-1211 or mail us at the address below. Please use our blank order form. Adobe Reader required.
You can order hovercraft plans, kits, and parts via our secure online shopping cart. Simply create an online account by clicking "Log In" at the top of the page and filling out the form. Add items to your order by specifying the desired quantity and pressing the "Add to Cart" button. Once you have selected the items you wish to buy, press "Checkout" and follow the instructions to submit your order. Your order is transmitted to Universal Hovercraft via a secure SSL encrypted connection. Buy with confidence. You may check the status of any order you place online by logging in and pressing "My Account" near the top of the page. Sorry, but the status of phone, mail, or fax orders are not available online. You may submit your order by sending an email to sales@hovercraft.com. Please understand that email is not secure so personal information such as credit cards could be viewed by others. If you wish to email your order, then we recommend calling us with your credit card details. |
